Dine arounds with friends that I’ve known for over 10 years, new friends who’ve joined since I did in 2013.
Have a great conference Steve!
Getting to meet everyone finally, after joining in early 2020!
Glad you could make it in person!
Looking forward to seeing friends like you Cynthia and listening to great presentations!!
So looking forward to seeing you Lois!
Looking forward to meeting everyone, I’ve arrived and checked in for a big sleep after travelling for the past 28 hours from Australia.
Welcome Kristen! That is one long travel day but we’ll worth the journey. Hope to meet you this week!
I wish to welcome ELA members, their families and their guests to Reno-Tahoe. My wife and I moved here from Florida in 2022 and totally enjoy the area. My wife was previously on the school board here for a couple of terms. I just retired as the program attorney at The National Judicial College on the the University of Nevada Reno campus to do more exploring of the West.
Since I live, I was asked to be a co-chair for the conference. Reno-Tahoe has a lot of great places to visit including the Basque Museum at the University of Nevada Reno (and Louis Basque Restaurant near downtown-we send our judges there) , the Nevada Museum of Art in the downtown area and, of course Lake Tahoe. The University of Nevada Reno plays the University of New Mexico at home on Saturday for those of you who like college football. This is a Mountain West conference game.
My cell # is (727) 543-1611 and my email is [email protected], if you have any questions about the area or need assistance. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Hope you enjoy the area and our conference lineup!
Glen

Hi Glen! What a warm Reno welcome! I am on the Community Engagement committee. We will have to connect during the conference.
Absolutely Cynthia! And thank you for the kind word! Glen
