Biography | Kevin P. Brady is a Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and Executive Director of the UCEA Center for the Study of Leadership and the Law. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University where he teaches an ethics and law course in the Summer Principals Academy (SPA) in New York City. Kevin worked at the New York State Division of Budget’s Education Unit where he worked on the state’s school aid formula to public elementary and secondary schools. His current research interests include rural school finance, legal issues in special education, and empirical legal analysis of educational law and policy issues. His scholarly writings appears in a wide array of educational law, policy, school finance, and technology journals, including the Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal, Children’s Legal Rights Journal, Distance Education, Education and the Law, Education and Urban Society, Journal of Disability Policy Studies, Journal of Education Finance, Journal of Law and Education, Review of Research in Education, University of Arkansas Law Review and West’s Education Law Reporter. |
