This panel session will feature two attorneys, a university’s general counsel, and the head of the national women’s group organization as they discuss some of today’s most pressing issues related to fraternities/sororities, universities, and the local communities in which they are located. Although they do not always agree with one another, this panel will provide diverse perspectives on these issues, yet also explain how there is a shared, common goal guiding the universities and the fraternal groups.
