How do conference presenters upload their papers, presentations, and handouts?
Step 1. Identify Your Session
There are two ways to identify in which session your presentation is scheduled.
- Use the Dynamic Schedule to find your event listing and session number under “Details,” as this screenshot illustrates.
- Look for the session heading over which your paper is listed in the Conference Book. See this screenshot for an example.
Step 2. Visit the Conference Club and Upload Documents.
- Each registrant is enrolled in the Conference Club.
- Access your clubs under your Profile and select Clubs.
- Or go directly to this link for the club titled, The 69th Annual Conference, Reno-Tahoe. Select the Documents tab and upload your assets to the folder corresponding to the session number and time you present.
