Longitudinal Trends of Judicial Rulings in K-12 Education

Perry A. Zirkel and Benjamin H. Frisch publish a new article illustrating longitudinal trends of judicial rulings in K-12 education. Previous issues of West’s Education Law Reporter provided successive longitudinal analyses of the volume of litigation in the public elementary and secondary school context, respectively ending in each of the prior three decades. Like other such tabulations, these trend studies were based on the West’s Key Number System. This article provides an updated extension of the previous line of broad-based longitudinal analyses that is warranted.
