This interactive workshop welcomes any faculty who teach education law. Join a collaborative, collegial environment to share about selecting course materials, engaging students in meaningful ways, and best practices for teaching legal issues. Specific conversations will focus on building student competencies, assessing student progress, and using different angles to teach commonly taught cases. Participants will also workshop a recent education law case in a collaborative effort to design new instruction together.
