Biography

Christine Otto currently serves as the Project Director for Bars to Bridges and East County Bridges. She is also a Senior Administrator for Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) and oversees several unique educational programs, including programs located inside juvenile detention centers, youth correctional facilities, adult jails, and hospitals. Christine has worked with youth for 25+ years as a classroom teacher, building administrator and program administrator.

The premiere association for practical knowledge, scholarship, and interdisciplinary dialogue about legal and policy issues affecting all levels of education.
