Biography

Anita F. Morgan recently completed her Ph.D. degree in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has served in several administrative roles in K-12 and higher education settings including as an RtI2 Coordinator, Data Coach, Director of Social Science Teacher Education Program (NIU), and as a U.S. history/Economics and Special Education instructor. Anita’s current research interests include market based public education reform and legal issues raised by various forms of school choice.
