Join or renew your membership in the Education Law Association by choosing between these plans:

  • Professional Membership $250: Renew your annual membership for working professionals.
  • Introductory Membership $175: Introductory membership is available for first year membership only. 
  • Retired Membership $175: Membership for professionals who have fully retired and are not employed full-time or part-time by any education institution or education-law organization.
  • Student Membership $75: Undergraduate, graduate, and law students enrolled at least half-time (min. 6 credit hours) at an accredited college or university enjoy a discount from  the professional membership.

All membership subscriptions automatically renew each year and may be canceled anytime.

Description

The Education Law Association welcomes attorneys, professors, school and university administrators, teachers, public officials, consultants, education writers, and other education professionals and stakeholders who are interested in legal issues in education. We also welcome undergraduate, graduate, and law students. Our uniquely diverse membership represents K-12 and higher education law, law schools and colleges of education, public and private schools, plaintiff- and defense-side practice, and labor and management from across the U.S., Canada, and farther abroad. The Education Law Association is the “Big Tent” of education law!
