From $75 to $250
Join or renew your membership in the Education Law Association by choosing between these plans:
- Professional Membership $250: Renew your annual membership for working professionals.
- Introductory Membership $175: Introductory membership is available for first year membership only.
- Retired Membership $175: Membership for professionals who have fully retired and are not employed full-time or part-time by any education institution or education-law organization.
- Student Membership $75: Undergraduate, graduate, and law students enrolled at least half-time (min. 6 credit hours) at an accredited college or university enjoy a discount from the professional membership.
All membership subscriptions automatically renew each year and may be canceled anytime.

- Professional Learning Community - Full access to EducationLaw.org includes access to the professional learning community, membership directory, and shared resources.
- Sections - Full access to Sections of the Education Law Association. Sections convene active members of the Education Law Association to advance the study, teaching, research, and practice of a specific subfield within education law. Sections sponsor social events, programs at the annual meeting, and continuing education webinars to advance the practice of law or administration. Sections also feature resources to advance the teaching of law and support students through mentorship programs.
- Periodicals - Full access to informative digital periodicals on a wide range of topics such as K-12/higher education/Supreme Court case summaries, practical legal analysis in case commentaries, and peer-reviewed Education Law Into Practice articles. Members also have free access to law review articles from West’s Education Law Reporter.
