Our own John Borkowski will provide highlights of the SFFA opinion and then join a panel including Tiffani Burgess, Fellow, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Maya Kobersy, Associate General Counsel, University of Michigan. They will discuss “what’s next” with implementation of the law on campuses and future litigation strategies.
