The Title IX Section of the Education Law Association examines the legal and administrative practice, research, and teaching about the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex. Special attention is given to admissions, athletics, funding, sports, and other extracurricular activities, and the policies and training needed to prevent and address sex-based harassment and discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual assault.
